HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE SKYLAR BELLE TO SHIP MY ORDER? In-stock items are shipped within 24-48 working hours. We do not process orders after working hours, on the weekends or holidays. Back-order items will be shipped on disclosed expected ship date. If there is any problem fulfilling your back-order items, we will notify you.

 

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER? We can ONLY make changes to existing orders prior to shipment.

 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER? U.S. - approximately 3-7 business days. Canada: approximately 7-9 business days. Other International: 9-21 business days. Tracking is available in the U.S., Canada and selected postage for other countries. We CANNOT track First-Class International packages. International orders can take longer depending on customs. If your international order takes more than 21 business days, please email us at service@space46boutique.com.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES? Shipping rates vary depending on which shipping method you choose and your location.

 

WILL I BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPORT DUTIES? Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to import duties. Please consider this prior to placing your order as we cannot reimburse you for import duties and other applicable fees.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? Customer is responsible for shipping for all returns. WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS! No refunds. Store Credit will be sent to you in the form of an E-Giftcard via email. Store Credit will never expire. If you prefer Store Credit towards our sister store Space 46, please notate this request on your return form.

  • Damaged item must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Please send us photos and save all original packagings.
  • Original packing slip must be included in your return package.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for return processing.
  • Any returns past the policy will not be accepted.
